Guest guest Posted October 30, 2008 Report Share Posted October 30, 2008 Fat-free Veggie Juice Good source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, folate and potassium. 140 g (5 oz) beetroot bulb, trimmed 2 large carrots 600 g (21 oz) roma tomatoes freshly ground black pepper, to taste ice-cubes, to serve celery sticks with leaves, to serve 1. Using an electric juicer, juice veggies. 2. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper. 3. Place ice in serving glasses; add juice. Garnish with celery sticks. Serves 2.
