Guest guest Posted October 27, 2008 Report Share Posted October 27, 2008 Watermelon Punch 500 g (17 1/2 oz) seedless watermelon, peeled, cut in 1 cm (3/8) cubes 1.5 litres/quarts cranberry juice, chill 1 litre/quart pineapple Juice, chilled 1 lime, thinly sliced 10 mint leaves, torn 1. Divide watermelon between two large serving jugs. 2. Add equal amounts of cranberry and pineapple juice to each jug. 3. Add lime and mint; stir to combine. NOTE: Assemble punch just before serving.
