Guest guest Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 Pineapple Salsa 300 g (10 1/2 oz)pineapple, peeled, cored, diced 1 medium Lebanese (Mediterranean) cucumber, diced 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced 1/3 cup fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves Combine pineapple, cucumber, onion and coriander (cilantro) in a bowl.
