Guest guest Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 Hot Chilli Soba Salad 270 g (9 1/2 oz) dried soba noodles 2 cups shredded red cabbage 1 medium carrot, peeled, halved, thinly sliced diagonally 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 3 cm (1 1/4 " ) piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped 100 g (3 1/2 oz) snow pea sprouts, trimmed, halved 8 teaspoons hot chilli sauce 1/4 cup lime juice 1. Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 2 to 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain. 2. Place cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, sprouts and noodles in a large bowl. 3.
