Soy or Garbanzo Waffles

 

1 cup soaked garbanzos or soybeans (raw)

1 1/2 cups rolled oats, gluten-free

2 - 4 Tbsp. nuts or seeds of choice (optional)

1/2 tsp. salt

2 1/4 cups hot water

 

Blend ingredients for 1/2 minute. Bake 15 minutes in properly prepared

moderate waffle iron, using 1 1/2 cups of batter for each waffle.

 

Makes: 2 waffles, 9 " each.
