Halloween Jack-O-Lantern Pasta Dinner

 

 

6 to 8 medium orange bell peppers (capsicum), washed and dried

8 ounces (225 g) GF spaghetti

25 ounce (3 cups) jar pasta sauce, warmed

 

 

1. Carve each bell pepper (capsicum) as you would a Jack-O-Lantern,

cutting the top off and hollowing out the inside before carving a face.

 

2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

 

3. Mix pasta with warm sauce and spoon into each individual pepper,

making sure the pasta 'oozes' out the eyes, mouth, and top off pepper.

 

 

 

Serves 6 - 8.
