Guest guest Posted October 15, 2008 Report Share Posted October 15, 2008 Veggie " Fingers " 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) vegan cream cheese 24 baby carrots 24 sliced almonds salsa, to serve 1. Spread small dab of cream cheese on the tip of each baby carrot. 2. Gently press almond slice onto cream cheese to resemble fingernails. 3.Serve on a platter with a bowl of salsa for dipping.
