Guest guest Posted October 15, 2008 Report Share Posted October 15, 2008 Witches' Breath Dip Source: Recipezaar 1 lb (450 g) ripe firm tomato, cored,seeded and diced 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tablespoons (9 tsp) minced fresh cilantro (coriander) 3 tablespoons (45 ml) fresh lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste 1 cup vegan sour cream 1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sour cream. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 3. Fold in sour cream and let stand for at least 30 minutes. 4.Serve with raw vegetables.
