Guest guest
Maybe this came up before when we were talking about giving recipe copyright laws, but when does one " stop " giving credit to a recipe author when " tweaking " the recipe? How much tweaking needs to be done before you can say " its mine? " Antoinette
Guest guest
The only part of a recipe that is copyrightable is the instructions on how to prepare it. The list of ingredients is not copyrightable. So the moment you have taken the list of ingredients and wrote all your own instructions (put it all in your own words) on prepartion it becomes your own and is not considered a copyright violation.
