New Sugar Product?

While at Whole Foods the other day, I noticed that they now carry something

called Organic Raw and Unrefined Sugar from sugar cane. I have only sparingly

used the whole sweeteners like dates, pure Grade B maple syrup, raw honey, and

agave nectar, but what was wondering if this sugar would be just as " healthy " as

what I have been using as sweeteners.

According to Dr. Greger's latest nutrition DVD, blackstrap molasses and date

sugar are the best sweeteners.
