Here is what we typically serve at my son's birthday parties

1. Avocado Salad (mix avocado cut in to small cubes , finely chopped tomatoes,

onion, cilantro and lemon and salt to taste), you can keep some finely chopped

green chili  for adults if they desire.

2. Green salad (organic spinach, orange peal, slice or cut to small piece, dried

cranberries, walnut or pecan all mixed in balsamic vinegar)

3. some dips/salsa and tortilla chips

4. mini bread sandwich make a sandwich with cilantro hummus spread or sun dried

tomato spread from TJs or any other mild/less spicy spread and cut it into cubes

or triangles (you can do this with peanut butter or hazelnut spread as well.

5. if you have more time you can also try making veg quiche or veg puff

(you can google some recipe for the same)

hope this helps

Hello all,

I'm planning my daughters birthday party

and so far I only have fruit kabobs and homemade vegan cake (which BTW if anyone

has a good recipes please share =))

They will be turning 2 and 4, so parents will be there and I'm struggling with

coming up with something that will please and feed everyone...Please help! Would

love to stay away from the normal pizza.

Thanks in advance,

Kim
