I appreciate your response! :) That is great advice. Although he doesn't often

eat them, I have been continuing to offer my son vegetables and new foods over

and over and tasting what I'm eating. What he does eat is good (fruits, yogurt,

cheese, crackers, whole wheat bread) but I would just like him to get more

veggies. I won't give up. Thanks for your encouragement.

Make sure that he drinks water and doesn't get dehydrated. He won't starve, I

promise.

more about vegetarian nutrition!

with cooking in the past. I'm not very good at it.

Hello,

I'm new to this group and will post an introduction but saw your post and wanted

to mention a book that I really like.

It's vegetarian society approved and is called, 'Great Healthy Food for

Vegetarian Kids' by Nicola Graimes.

This book is quite good too despite being a bit old!

ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1256582081 & sr=8-4

All the best!

Jenny.
