Guest guest Posted June 19, 2009 Report Share Posted June 19, 2009 With all the warnings against using aluminum cookware, I was wondering how safe is tri-ply cookware? I got a good bargain on a tri-ply skillet that has an aluminum core between 2 layers of stainless steel, but don't want to use it if there is any risk of aluminum leaching into my foods.
