Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give a good word to Mimic Creme. If you haven't tried it

yet, you should! It was very rich and creamy and it is made with almonds

and cashews. I've made cashew cream before in my blender, but it was not

quite as creamy as the Mimic Creme is! I made Fettuccine Alfredo with it

(with seitan and portabella mushrooms) and it was fabulous! Better than I

even remember Alfredo from my dairy days. So if you get a chance to try

it, do!

I got it at a small health/bulk food store in Joplin, MO. I haven't looked

at the big Health Food Stores, but I would think they would have it. It is

available online too at Pangea and Vegan Essentials. I just looked an even

Amazon has it.
