Tesi,

 

I am a grad student working on my MS RD and I can post a request on the list

serve for the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group, of which I am a

member. http://www.vegetariannutrition.net/index.php

 

Vegan and vegetarian Dietitians across the country to this list and an

RD from the Boston area is likely to respond. Also, many RDs are available for

phone consultations - so wouldn't have to necessarily be local.

 

Just send me an email off list and I will post your request.
