About the canned kind.....

When i make canned baked beans, i get the cheapy brand, and add brown

sugar and a little onion powder. Now my friend showed me a cool tip, and

my daughter won't have them any other way, I bake em'!

the sauce comes out nice and thick. you have to keep ann eye on em' so

they don't over cook.

i bake them at whatever temp i am baking other things on, usually about

350-375 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chanda Maria

Yummy. Yes, jazzing'em up and baking them does

sure make a difference doesn't it? We like to add

some spicy brown mustard, minced green onions and

sometimes a dash of cayenne pepper to ours.

Good to see you post, Chanda-panda! :)
