Guest guest
This really is good even though it sounds strange. Annie Green Tomato Cake 3/4 cup butter or margarine 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 2 cups finely diced green tomatoes 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 2 teaspoons orange flavoring or 1 teaspoon orange extract 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring 2-1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup cocoa 2-1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup milk or soy milk Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the green tomatoes, nuts and flavoring. Combine the dry ingredients and add alternately with the milk. Mix well. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Cool. Remove to serving plate and frost, if desired. Guest guest
Yes but reminds me of a lady I knew that made the best zucchini bread ever and it was made with kidney beans. She gave me the recipe but I lost it. :-( Sam This really is good even though it sounds strange.
