Guest guest Posted January 24, 2010 Report Share Posted January 24, 2010 SIMPLE SPINACH MANICOTTI 8 oz. Box manicotti noodles, cooked 15 oz. Ricotta cheese 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 10 oz. Frozen spinach thawed, drained 1 egg 24 oz. Jarred spaghetti sauce 2 tsp. Oregano 1/2 cup chopped onion In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except manicotti noodles, spaghetti sauce. Spoon mixture into cooked noodles, place in a greased 9x13 " pan.
