Guest guest Posted December 12, 2009 Report Share Posted December 12, 2009 Hey everyone, I just made my first batch of fermented cashew cheese, and I was wondering what would be the best way to let my mixture culture (I used acidophilus)? I have it in the ac/water heater closet right now, but I don't think it gets very warm in there. Does anyone have any tips for me, or other nut cheese recipes that you might recommend I try?
