Guest guest
Favorite leftover: boiled sweet potatoes, which I cube and fry in oil with a little onion, garlic, and curry powder. new favorite: my daughter took the leftover baked delicata squash with butter and maple syrup, and mashed up the pulp and mixed it with a generic bisquick mix to make squash biscuits. Moist, tender, and delicious. I made some mixed grain bread to go with leftovers last night, and between my husband and five teenagers, I think it must have been pretty good, but I never got to try it myself! lol  Sue in Wausau. --- On Sun, 11/29/09, -owner <-owner > wrote: -owner <-owner > QOTW: Favorite Thanksgiving Leftovers? Guest guest
My husband makes Tofurky casserole the day after the Thanksgiving with all the leftovers. He layers in a casserole dish with stuffing, then sliced Tofurky, roasted vegetables and tops it with mashed potatoes. Bakes it in an oven until warm & the potatoes turn a little crispy.  I pour leftover gravy all over my helping. With a little cranberries on the side. Yummy!  Diana --- On Sun, 11/29/09, -owner <-owner > wrote: -owner <-owner > QOTW: Favorite Thanksgiving Leftovers?
