Guest guest Posted October 23, 2009 Report Share Posted October 23, 2009 CROCKPOT VEGETABLE SOUP 1 - 12.5 oz can of Fri-chik , cut up in sm. pieces, use broth 2 thinly sliced or diced carrots 3 med. red potatoes, diced up and rinsed 1 16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up 1 c. frozen corn 1 c. frozen peas 1 c. frozen lima beans 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Campbells tomato soup 1 onion, sliced 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 c. water (boil the water to give mixture a head start) 1/2 t. thyme 1/2 t. Marjoram 1 bay leaf Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Serves 8-10. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
