I made some basmati rice and a simple salad to go with it. http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/fragrant_chickpea_stew.html I added 1/2 a teaspoon of ground cumin and 1/4 teaspooon of cayenne in addition to the cumin seeds and corriander to spice things up.
