Guest guest Posted January 13, 2010 Report Share Posted January 13, 2010 Fantasy Fudge 3 c. sugar ¾ c. margarine = 1 ½ sticks 5 oz. evaporated milk 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. chopped nuts - even more is better 12 oz. pkg of semi sweet chocolate chips Melt margarine in a large pot. Watch so it doesn't burn. Add the milks and sugar. Stir well constantly to prevent burning. Bring to a boil. Turn down to medium heat. Continue stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until it comes to the hard ball stage. Add chocolate chips and continue stirring until they are melted. Add Marshmallow cream. Stir in well and then add the vanilla. Stir in the nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on teaspoons on to wax paper lined baking sheets. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
