Christmas sharing recipes, I make this as gifts

 

 

 

 

This recipe has been around for years. Fill up a pretty jars and watch your

friends smile when you hand it to them. I also add to gift, cookie and sweet

bread baskets.

Russian Tea Mix in a Jar

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup instant tea powder

2 cups orange-flavored drink mix (Tang)

3 ounces lemonade-flavor drink powder

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

 

In a large bowl, mix together powdered drink mixes, sugar, and spices. Place in

jars.

 

Instructions to include with gift:

Place 2 to 3 rounded teaspoonfuls in a cup.

Add boiling water and serve.
