Here's my recipe I posted on www.allrecipes.com   Give this a try.

Check out the rating.  I forgot I will be making this too.  Everyone loves it.

Eat with chips or spoon on crusty bread of do like my nephew, put a large

portion in a bowl and eat it up.

I created this because we have Mexican dishes and a combo of Italian dishes most

of the time so it tastes great along side of enchiladas and also lasagna.
