Hello group! I recently bought some orange lentils. All this talk of lentil loaf

sounds soooo good. I didnt reilize that there was much of a diffrence in the

colors. I thought it was kind of like with rice. You have white, brown, wild

ect. they are diffrent but interchangeable. What can I do with theise beautiful

orange lentils? Thanks!

Hi Tracy,

I think you may be referring to red lentils.  They are more orange in color than

red.  They are smaller than regular brown lentils and cook more quickly.  I

posted a wonderful soup recipe using them.  I highly recommend trying it. :)
