Guest guest
I have missed buying and cooking with the vegan, vegetarian chorizo products on the market because the one store in my area that carried them stopped! But last night I just happened to go to a local Grocery Outlet store and found they were selling Yves brand Veggie Chorizo! Yay! I stocked up and bought 10 because who knows when I will find this again. I am just so delighted. Today I am going to make yummy vegetarian chili with a package. I'll post the recipe next. ~ PT ~
Guest guest
It's hard to find Soyrizo in my area too. I found Frieda's brand at a Super Walmart (where I shop maybe twice a year) and bought a couple extra to freeze. I love Soyrizo in soups....esp. Portuegese inspired ones with kale, potatoes, and garbanzos. I know there are recipes in our files section. Another way I like Soyrizo is in breakfast burritos. Scrambled eggs, cooked diced potatoes, and cooked Soyrizo wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Awesome.
