I'm not sure if anyone answered you. If not, I'm sorry.

 

Yogurt cheese is just regular yogurt drained of most of its moisture. I put it

in a strainer lined with a coffee filter and then put the strainer over a bowl.

It goes in the fridge overnight and the result is a thick creamy yogurt similar

in texture to cream cheese. I've been serving it in a bowl with defrosted

blueberries and strawberries. I have another tub of yogurt to drain and will

try something savoury with that one. It could replace sour cream in dips.
