Guest guest
This is a yummy and super quick way to serve dinner. We enjoy it with garlic bread knots and a leafy green salad.... maybe some wine. You can toss in some reheated leftover veggies to this, too. It goes with everything well. Creamy Italian Noodles 1 package (8 oz) wide egg noodles 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened 1/2 cup whipping cream, half-and-half or evaporated milk 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 1/4 tsp Italian salad dressing mix Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and place in a bowl. Toss with butter. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 to 6 servings ~ PT ~ The mist called to me when I was child. In the early mornings, and sometimes at dusk, I would look out the window into the thick woods behind our Georgia home, and a deep longing would fill my soul. The Cymru, the Celts of Wales, would say I had been consumed by the spirit of hiraeth, the longing for something my soul had known once upon a time. ~ Frank MacEowen, 'The Mist-Filled Path'
