Yes, but tired of cooking 4. what is one of your favorite vegetables? I've thought long and hard about picking one veggie - it would have to be the Vidalia onion - roasted or sautéed as a side dish, in soup/stew or just raw on a slice of bread or in a salad. . West coast now, but moving North soon. 3. do you consider yourself a good cook? Decent - I like to keep things super simple and I can generally make something off the top of my head, though my repertoire is a little... basic. 4. what is one of your favorite vegetables? Just one?
