Guest guest Posted August 1, 2003 Report Share Posted August 1, 2003 I've tried all the Vegan cheese slices I can get around here (Tofutti & at least one other brand...can't remember off hand) and didn't care much for them. I like the baked/marinated tofu (not the plain, bland, stuff) with tofu because it gives it some texture, kind of similar to a real soft cheese. I've tried hummus on potato skins, was pretty good. Just last night I got a fresh loaf of French Baguette. I just ripped off a section and dipped it in the hummus...mmmmmmm.
