Guest guest
Tammy I would think the best way to advise this person is to reassure her that she will not always be depressed. I think it is normal for us to feel that way at times. Although we are passionate about our interests and concerns most of the time, there are times when you wonder why, and lose your passion, but it will return after a while. I think it might help if this person took a multivitamin and mineral supplement and a high dosage vitamin B complex supplement (or brewer's yeast). It could be that she is just lacking B vitamins at present, and that could make her feel depressed. Jo - Tammy VegansUncensored ; Friday, July 18, 2003 7:26 PM Fw: [Vegans] HELP ME Hello all.
