They won't ask to have a look? They just ask what you have and let you carry on? I'm sooo fed up with having my suitcase and baggage searched (it's quite crazy as I've never drank, smoked or taken any drugs ever - and they always stop me! Shows how crap they are at picking out who they think is suspicious!). So I should go to the 'Goods To Declare' channel? Maybe I'll try it this once and see how I get on! > While you're in NYC, try Vegetarian Paradise in Chinatown. They do a huge > selection of vegan stuff and it's really good. I ended up there once by mistake (walked the wrong way down Broadway!) and suddenly found myself around a ton of shops selling sushi. Gross! I was taken to a nice vegan cafe when I was there in Feb but can't remember the name or where it is. I vaguely remember walking from it to Tower Records (not *too* far from St Marks). Will have to look on the net for it. I do try and take 50 billion packets of crisps and a few biscuits so I don't have to buy any food though. > A tip for bread, last time I was in Newark I read the ingredients of every > loaf in the supermarket and they all contained milk. Thanks for the tip. If I do buy anything I'll just buy chips or more crisps (such is my extensive diet)! Unless you know of anywhere in NYC that does a vegan pizza. <3 Shari Black Velvet
