Raw restaurants in NYC

Danielle,

I don't know if you're still going to New York, but I asked someone about raw restaurants in Manhattan, and he gave me this information. I hope it helps:

The only raw food restaurant that I know of in NYC is "Quintessence." There are 3 different locations: (1) 263 East 10th Street; (2) 353 East 78th Street (between 1st and 2nd Avenue); (3) 566 Amsterdam Avenue (between 87th and 88th).
