Guest guest
"We're a pretty international bunch. Originally we started out as predominantly British, but the folk from the US have been gradually taking over!" (like we always do these days, sigh, lol, jk) Another American added to your bunch. Yesterday was a vegan disaster for me, being new to vegansim I have some of those. I had artichokes which as simply a vegetarian I had slothered with butter, asiago cheese, bread crumbs, and then dipped in mayonnaise. An un vegan feast. My artichokes were in a sad state yesterday, drizzled in olive oil and garlic, dipped in soy mayonnaise, I even looked over the bread crumbs in desperation and pondered the "less than 2% of egg white" for a few seconds before putting it back. The tub margerine which was non hydronated good stuff wouldn't melt into my mashed potatos, so I basically had mashed potato with salt. I got annoyed half way through and tried mashing avocado into it, which was slightly better. I have gone on and off the vegan wagon before and I know the beginning is the hardest. On the side "Los Bagles" which I always found their bagles a little "condensed tasting", have no milk, honey, dairy, egg, in the ingredient list. I go bath stuff for my birthday, full of honey, it went on a shelf to be regifted. I haven't told family about the vegan yet, I still get flack about vegetarian but people are starting to realize they won't change me on that. Ok, i'm off for a short trip, i'll have a few vegan emails to catch up on when I get back. Sorry about your experience Mo. The New Search - Faster. Easier. Bingo.
