Hey all,

 

I justn made pea soup! It is all very exciting....

 

1 onion, chopped and fried till starting to colour. Add rosemary, garlic and salt, then 1kg of frzen peas. Just cover with veggie stock, and simmer for 20 mins or so. Chuck 2/3rds into the food processer (a.k.a. chopper-up-er-er) and stir through remander to heat through. I added salt while in the c hopper-up-er-er. Delish, though very rich, in a mug with freshbread and butter (well, soy marg) and a cuppa-tea and flannie jarmies with slippers and Vegan chat posts to read!

 

Any commemts or improvements on this theme would be appreciated!
