proteins are proabably the EASIEST things fer vegans to get, since protein is in EVERYTHING in some degree er another

in fact, most folks in the western world eat toooooo much protein...does horrid things to the kidneys amongst other things..

too much protein also causes your bones to lose calcium, so those

commercials exhorting you to drink milk for calcium are hooey. In fact, the

nations with the highest dairy consumption also have the highest rates of

osteoporosis!
