they don't sell any kind of meat in their health foods, but here it

almost like any grocery store.

 

Also they told me in Seattle restaurants that are vegetarian are

that here the health restaurants have 40 meat menus. They said they

wouldn't make it if they had all vegan meals. Now, Granny Feel Good,

one that I am thinking of was all vegan when it started, but quickly

changed in the 80's.

 

There was a last time I ate meat and it wasn't 20 years ago when I

started this. I was fooled one time in Burger King, that veggie

burger is soaked in meat fat, yukkkkk, that was one year ago.

seattle is pretty vegan friendly

but, to say all the natural food stores are vegan is overstaing it a bunch

some don't have meat, some carry organic and free range meat, and some are just

supermarkets with a bent toward organics and have vegan options...

lotsa vegan resturants up thar also...

nice place to visit, but it rains to much fer my liking
