Avocado Dip

 

 

2 large ripe avocados

1 large ripe tomato

1 lime, juiced

1/2 tsp sweet paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

salt, to taste

 

 

1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Spoon out the flesh

and place in a bowl. Now mash with a fork. It doesn't matter if it's a

bit coarse.

 

2. Grate the tomato directly into the bowl. You will end up with a bit

of skin at the end that can be discarded.

 

3. Stir the tomato through the avocado then add the lime juice.

 

4. Stir through the seasonings and chill for at least 1/2 and hour

before serving.

 

 

Serves 4.
