Guest guest Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 Avocado Dip 2 large ripe avocados 1 large ripe tomato 1 lime, juiced 1/2 tsp sweet paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper salt, to taste 1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Spoon out the flesh and place in a bowl. Now mash with a fork. It doesn't matter if it's a bit coarse. 2. Grate the tomato directly into the bowl. You will end up with a bit of skin at the end that can be discarded. 3. Stir the tomato through the avocado then add the lime juice. 4.
