Guest guest Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 Soy Potatoes 3 or 4 large potatoes 500 ml (1 pint) soy milk 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1/2 tsp salt pinch freshly ground black pepper 4 teaspoons chopped parsley 1. Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F). 2. Wash and peel potatoes. Slice them about 5 mm (1/5 " ) thick and place them in an oiled baking dish on a slant and overlapping each other until you have filled up the dish. 3. In a mixing bowl mix all the other ingredients together and gently pour over the potatoes. 4. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked and the top is nicely browned.
