Guest guest Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 Croutons 1 slice Orgran Bread (pre-prepared)(-OR- any GF bread) 8 teaspoons olive oil 2 crushed garlic cloves pinch of sea salt 1. To prepare the croutons use a 2 cm (3/4 " ) slice of bread cut from a loaf of Orgran Bread Mix you have made as per instructions. Cut into 2 cm (3/4 " ) cubes and place on a baking tray. 2. Bake at 120 C (250 F) until dried out. 3. Mix together olive oil and garlic. Toss the dried bread with the olive oil and garlic marinade. 4. Bake again at 200 C (400 F) until crisp. 5.
