Guest guest Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 Falafel Crudites with Creamy and Avocado Dips Falafel Crudites (recipe posted earlier) Creamy Dip (recipe posted earlier) Avocado Dip (recipe posted earlier) radicchio leaves carrot sticks celery sticks GF crackers 1. You will need two large plates and two washed outer leaves from a head of a round radicchio. This is slightly bitter lettuce but is a stunning red. These will be your serving bowls so should be unbroken and visually pleasing. Place one on each plate. 2. Place the Creamy Dip in one leaf and surround with the bite sized falafel you have placed on cocktail sticks. 3.
