Guest guest Posted October 13, 2008 Report Share Posted October 13, 2008 Crunchy Nibble Mix 8 teaspoons vegetable -OR- rice bran oil 1/4 cup popping corn 100 g (3 1/2 oz) GF pretzels (any mini shape) 1/4 cup raw almond kernels 1/4 cup raisins, chopped (-OR- use sultanas) 3 teaspoons taco seasoning 1. Heat oil in large, heavy-based saucepan over moderate heat. Add corn; cover tightly. Cook, shaking pan occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until all kernels pop. (Or use a popcorn maker.) Transfer to a large bowl; allow to cool. 2. Add remaining ingredients; gently toss to combine. Store mix in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
