Guest guest Posted October 13, 2008 Report Share Posted October 13, 2008 Guacamole 1/2 small avocado, diced 1 large tomato, diced 1/2 red onion, diced 1 long red chilli, finely chopped 1/3 cup chopped coriander (cilantro) 4 teaspoons lemon juice 1 clove garlic, crushed 1.
