Fruit Salad Smoothie

 

 

3 cups soy milk

1/2 cup soy vanilla yogurt

1 large ripe banana, thickly sliced

1 large ripe pear, peeled, cored, chopped

2/3 cup frozen cranberries (-OR- use any frozen berries)

2 teaspoons clear honey -OR- agave nectar

 

 

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.

 

 

 

NOTE: Prepare smoothie just before serving to prevent drink separating.

 

 

 

Serves 4.
