Guest guest
Hello, I am a married mom of 3. We enjoy whole foods, and I enjoy raw foods. We have busy days and I am often only starting to get dinner ready around 7PM-Yikes! because of homeschooling and sports activities. Recently,(May) my ds was diagnosed with ADHD and I went to an allergist hoping to find ways to help him deal, like going GF,,, He ended up needing to be GFCF because of 29 different allergies. I was floored. But we adjusted and learned and were dealing well with it.Then I had myself tested, My tests came back with 45 allergies, I am not actually GF myself, but CF and apparently I need to go Vegan, no milk, no eggs, no meats...also no citric fruits, and several other fruits & veggies including Lettuces. Now I am thrown for a loop and trying to figure out what the whole family can eat together. I will probably still be making the rest of them up some meat, sometimes, but I would love to figure out what we can all eat together, and not have to make 2 seperate sets of meals each day... So, I am hoping to get some information and giving my brain a jolt since it is sluggish at the moment,,, Karen in WA

Guest guest
Karen, what are the levels of your and your child's allergies? Have you been tested for gluten intolerance (not just celiac, but other forms of gluten intolerance)?
