Guest guest Posted September 18, 2008 Report Share Posted September 18, 2008 Mango Salsa 425 g (15 oz) can sliced mango in syrup, drained, chopped 1 Lebanese (Mediterranean) cucumber, diced 2 green onions, sliced, finely chopped 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves 1 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped 4 teaspoons lemon juice Combine mango, cucumber, onion, mint, chilli and lemon juice in a bowl.
