Guest guest Posted September 15, 2008 Report Share Posted September 15, 2008 Date, Pistachio, Orange & Mint Salsa 5 fresh dates, pitted, chopped 8 teaspoons (30 g)(1 oz) pistachio kernels, finely chopped 1/2 cup shredded fresh mint leaves 2 oranges 1. Combine date, pistachio and mint in a bowl. 2. Peel and segment oranges, reserving membrane. Cut orange segments in half. Add to salsa. 3. Squeeze reserved orange membrane over salsa.
