Guest guest Posted September 15, 2008 Report Share Posted September 15, 2008 Corn, Avocado & Capsicum (Bell Pepper) Salsa 310 g (11 oz) can corn kernels, drained, rinsed 1 medium avocado, finely chopped 1 small red capsicum (bell pepper), finely chopped 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped 6 teaspoons olive oil 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar Place corn, avocado, capsicum (bell pepper), onion, olive oil and vinegar in a bowl.
